Aawww I hope the old couple will show up in the story occasionally and not just a one off extra, I think Anya and even her parents (not calling them fake, they think it's a sham but they treat each other genuinely like a family) could use the wisdom of silver crowned elders. I do think smth like that will happen anyway, since it's kinda hinted that they'll be a grandparent/parent figure to their family. Just a lil frustrated at the slow updates, but I understand that we can't rush a masterpiece. I do hope for more progress between Loid x Yor tho lmao

This is one of hottest, not too problematic, porn with plot that I've ever read. Like the sex was good, but I'm invested in the plot--light enough that I didn't need brain power, but still interesting enough for me to set it apart from plotless porn (even if this story still operates on hentai logic lol). I hope there's a next season, I'm curious about the demon king / demon realm. That sort of reminds me of a novel I used to read, The Devil's Origin. That was mostly enjoyable too.
If there is a next season for this story, I wonder if it'll be a harem end or if the mc will end up with master dragon (as it seems that they have mutual feelings for each other)? Either way, that'd be fun to see.
I didn't feel that any of the characters were annoying enough for me to be logical. The circumstances were kinda absurd if you think too deeply about it, so just don't lol. Turn off your brain and enjoy their mildly problematic beginning of a relationship until the sweet end. Bc of the internal thoughts of the mc, it sometimes kinda feels like he's an onlooker watching dramatic events unfold before his eyes, only to realize that he actually is part of the play. He does act well tho lol

I have an ominous feeling about the 3rd male lead. He's giving bigger psycho vibes than Mujin lol. The 2nd and 3rd male leads are toxic, the MC is exasperating in how dense and insistent he is in following the og novel's love line, and Hyeonjin is just so pitiful.
As a person, Hyeonjin is amazing. He's doing his best with the cards the world dealt him. He'd be a kind and faithful lover. But goddamn he has such heavy burdens that realistically speaking it would be difficult to start a relationship with someone like that unless the other person is really in love and willing to share the weight off of Hyeonjin's shoulders. And you know what? As I'm typing this comment, I realize that that person is our MC, even if he doesn't realize it yet. MC wants to see Hyeonjin happy. But at the scale he's doing it at, that's gotta be more than just liking him as a friend. Be for real, no one would work for a gangster just to help cut your struggling friend's debt in half. At most, you'd treat that friend to a meal, maybe lend money. But MC goes above and beyond that.
There were times I wondered whether Mujin would be endgame, especially since I'm used to the trope where the MC ends up with the tall, handsome, and rich guy that comes up in the story second, but now I think it's Hyeonjin fr. MC just has to snap out of his mindset that Mujin x Hyeonjin is ever happening, and the ball will start rolling from there.

I don't understand why that boomer is undermining guides. He knows the role of guides in soothing espers, who are fucking superhumans, right? Espers care for guides. Guide not happy, esper not happy. You'd think the people in power would bend the knee for espers, doing everything they can to keep these superhumans and the only people who can soothe them (guides) happy. In stories like these, why do they keep testing the limit of the patience of these superhumans, who could so easily kill weaklings like that boomer? I suppose it's my fault for underestimating human stupidity.

If the guide's esper didn't like it and tried to attack him, everyone in that room would be forced to save him bc he is above them in the pyramid and others would be held liable for any harm caused to him, that is how he thinks imo.

I'm really curious how he got back to earth, but also what happened to his body on the other world. It was his soul that transmigrated, but he got another body formed for him in the other world, do I remember it right? With the way he's acting, I'm not sure if he ever realized elf's feelings for him in the other world and they dated or smth in the end. I also lowkey want that other man he's sort of engaged to (the one he gave a ring to) to come back for more shenanigans lol.
What I love about this is that we know the beginning and the end (the end being he successfully returns to earth), but not the middle. In a way that's not stressful for us bc we're worried abt feath or failure, they're showing the hero's journey as if we're watching a vlogger reaction video. It's a really fun read and right up my alley.

The stories of the ghosts are so touching I feel dehydrated from all the crying I did.
I am highkey concerned for the MC tho. I understand that he wants to help, but the ghosts told him to be careful and keep from interfering as much as possible (the oldest maiden ghost and the doctor ghost). The only one who kinda gave him the go-ahead was a living person, who, although he may have heard countless life stories of ghosts, still is not a ghost himself.
The MC is lucky so far he met good ghosts. Being too quick to help can be a bad thing for you too. Well, I doubt that this will happen in the story, and even if it did, someone will help him and it'll all be resolved happily.
