But MCs like this, whether male or female, being so dense makes me so tired. It's a trope not for everyone. Me included. Some are better written though like The Hero Went Crazy Even Though I'm the One Who Died and have such charming personalities that it's bearable. This, not so much.
Back to the push from previous chapter, I think it was Issei's way of coming back to his senses. Great to be on cloud 9 but it seems like he's someone who relies on his music a lot. I'm not even talking about as a job. It's been there for him so long and used it as an anchor that I don't think he can function without it. It's got potentially to be the third wheel in the relationship as much as Natsuo's feeling of limbo with his job. Honestly, I'm actually nervous for Natsuo. I hope he doesn't think he hasn't done anything with his life. Here is Issei living his dream but what about Natsuo? What does he have to show?
