That's recipe for a break-up. The mega selfishness of the seme is not ok. If uke remains adamant about wanting to fuck and seme keeps on refusing, well....sorry but that sounds terrible. For some (I heard quite a lot of people actually) don't like the ending. They consider it a sad ending. Wtf they on about? She got what she wanted. I don't understand. What is the ending they wanted? I'm honestly happy for her. I'm also happy that those bastards are miserable. Slow miserable lives they should all live. Pathetic lot.

If you look at it in a way having 'I want to die' as an end goal in life and doing everything in your power to achieve is pretty sad tbh. Especially after the point where the priest said he found that people who died in other worlds would have their soul sucked into their world just feels like extended torture to the departed. If you look at MC's and Eris' fate, all the MC got was she died in her world but had no idea of it so she spent whatever time she had in this world struggling to die so she could go back but there is no going back. Add to that the MC can't overcome Eris' fate so she is essentially just awarded an extra death and an extra life of physical and mental struggle. It is all very sad imo. We see other MC who live and die horrible deaths in their world but get a chance to live a happy ending in other world and change the fate of a pitiful character or person, people hoped Eris had that too. Eris had nothing but money and status which could not bring her any solace for she had not one person in her entire life who loved her geniuinely not even her own mother could do that for her.
