Not a fan of this one. I'm used to rape in yaoi (though there are many yaoi mangas without rape, so, please, stop telling people who hate rape to go read shounen ai). One of my favorite mangas (Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi) is dark and there is a lot of violence and rape.
This one, however, is just made wrongly. If I would want to jack off to something, it would be a great manga (without reading the story), but the plot itself is just messed up. What I hate the most about rape scenes in mangas is when the victim is enjoying it and fucking cums at the end. I know he was "drugged", but that is the thing that irritates me the most. Seeing the victims aroused makes me sick, and that's why this one is a big no-no for me. This specific trope is in so many mangas it's annoying to read already.
I'm not even mentioning the raws. This whole thing is just messed up and doesn't make any sense.
The last part ruined it for me. I absolutely hate ukes who come running after their seme, crawling back to them all pathetic. Especially when we know the seme is just playing games. Hate mangas like this. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
