Hungry's Things

Y’all got any tips for sleep? I tried sleeping pills chamomile tea/those relaxing sleeping tea, turn off my phone, drinking milk, not drinking or eating, hot/cold pad and so on. I can’t sleep more than 4 hours I need 4 more. Now I learn we have sleep debt lol I think I could never paid those debt. Also THIS IS SERIOUS QUESTION OKAY? Can we ask a doctor to put us asleep with anesthesia? 12 hours or more if possible. I kinda want to ask the doctor but I’m afraid they’ll ask me to take therapy instead. I don’t have any problems I’m not addicted to anything it’s just my eyes won’t close(〜￣△￣)〜 Of course I can sleep everyday but it’s only when my eyes are watery, or starting to hurt/hot. ╥﹏╥ thank you in advance

Do you guys have stories of someone you knew or experience of did something bad and ended bad? Did good thing and received good?

If possible I want bad ended bad more like I want to know if people did horrible thing to others would effect his life later. Thank you in advance
