Also I think him wanting to set up Kyubin also has to do with his Cousin? who hates Kyubin. Maybe as a deal to stop being abused
thought the same. Or maybe he is just redirecting his anger at Kyubin cowardly. He seems sly and coward to me and I am pretty sure the author hinted enough that he's being abused by his cousin.
I think maybe after time of doing what he's forced to he will end up liking kyubin. Maybe? It would make the story interesting ( Although this story is already very interesting)
Nah, don't think so. He's way closer to Seunghee. If the author was going to do something like that it'd be with Seunghee instead of Kyubin. But who knows :v maybe you're right?

Chief went back in time before the loop started, became a good person by his own choice, and fixed the time loop. Lee married the sweet assistant dude and Chief finally accepted they weren't meant to be and wished for her happiness. Chief is alone at the end though.
