The overall concept of Mangago besides the content being illegal is totally normal. Instagram, Pintrest or Google are all sharing platforms that make money of other peoples input. They make money off providing a service which makes things easier for people. As long as people will keep translating and sharing works you can take one down and another will pop up immediately.
I do think it would be good if people could respect the translators choice to not have their stuff uploaded though.
