Don't want to be a party pooper but I have read up to chapter 4 and I get Naruto vibes from the characters' illustration (not the personality), like the main lead has spiky light colored hair and is a 'vessel' just like Naruto, the black haired student has dark hair and is aloof similar to Sasuke, the busty female student who is the only girl in the team reminds me of Sakura, and the teacher who has his eyes covered reminds me of Kakashi.

......like.....I'm sure the story is very different, but I couldn't help but notice the similarities.

Dunno if this manga is gonna keep me going from reading it or if I'm just gonna have to wait for the anime dropping this November.

I want to share some of my observations regarding this webtoon before reacting over the actual story;

First, the pacing is too fast. Scenes aren't fleshed out well or depicted in a way that helps readers enjoy what is happening.

Second, there is poor world building in this story. I can't seem to grasp or get into the story as much because I don't really know what Mr. Pittman's job is, yeah he's a CEO.... Of what? Who is the blonde guy friend who seems to know how the uke feels? What is this weird switch in Mr. Pittman's attitude and the secretary, one moment they're so formal and you wouldn't really feel the sexual tension between them, but then the next scene he sexually assaults the secretary... （￣へ￣）

Also, is mr. Pittman a homophobic closeted gay? Cause the only reason I could think of why he doesn't want to bed the secretary is the fact that he's a man and mr pittman is homophobic despite having feelings for the secretary.

But I really wish this school bullying story in Ijin's life is gonna be over fast, the school bullying scenes are triggering my elementary school bullying memories, and I just feel sour.

I hope this manga isn't gonna be focused on school bullying because aside from the trigger factor, I really hope Ijin fights with men his equal in combat. It's satisfying to watch him beat down the bullies, but they're not really his calibre... They're basically pedestrians in Ijin's mercenary fast lane.

NO SPOILERS! I love this story, I feel like the amount of times I teared up and sniffled were great indications of how well the novel pulled emotions from a reader. No wonder this novel was a million hit piece read in South Korea.

I love Archangel Uriel btw. She's so cute!

And the bromance between Dokja and Jonghyuk is really great! No yaoi or shounen ai.... Just pure 'comradeship' as described by Uriel, hahahaha!

I would have never read the novel and kept going if it weren't for this webtoon which really pushed me. I was so curious about what will happen that I decided to read the novel, and honestly NO RAGRETS with a capital A. Lololol.

I never knew Yoo Jonghyuk's character development would make me literally cry. Please search for the english translated novel online, you might also be in for a treat if you like reading novels.

The uke needs to find a normal rebound guy to get his mind off of that DS relationship he never enjoyed.

I agree with the other commenters, the seme's trust is broken because all along he thought it was mutual pleasure doing DS...but what I disagree on, I think the seme felt more burdened rather than guilty, recalling a past fling that got too angry he's doing other people too and decided to burn himself in front of the seme. I think the seme feels sad that a would-have-been perfect M partner turned out too attached to him and it stifled him.

Thing is, I hope the uke dates someone else and let the seme see that shit. If the seme feels anything at all from seeing that, then I'll know he caught feelings too. But if the seme doesn't give a shit, then all the better they ended things because the uke deserves a reciprocal relationship not some fake fantasy of a loving relationship.

Sahara needs to make the last rain calling day rain blood as a fuck you to the consort. Surely, the people will associate a bad omen to the blood rain and the consort... But then again that only helps the crown prince.

Okaaaay....so now I get the seme's game. He's gonna play nice and sweet then do some cold shit to test the uke back and forth, and then the uke would assert himself towards the seme to prove to him that he's serious.

this shit is some annoying cliche.

At this point, I'm just going to read this because I wanna know the ending but I've lost interest in their relationship because the seme is on this 'hurt backstory' cliche. No mystery, nothing to look forward to because the seme is anchored towards his past wounds and this is not gonna be cute.

And no, if some asshole here tells me to fuck off and stop reading, eat my shit cause you're not my dad you can't tell me what to do.

this is the first time that I liked a yaoi story.... that later on is leaving a bad aftertaste in my mouth （￣へ￣）

like, the seme is such a manipulative manwhore scumbag. Tbh, if the uke just felt violated or manipulated, I'd be 100% committed in throwing the seme out the trash and not reading this webtoon anymore.

The seme's behavior has a lot of red flags, I get it, hurt people hurt people, but it doesn't excuse the facts that he's been such a douchebag to the uke.

I'm so happy the girls are well presented in this story and aren't villainous or underutilized in the story.
