Interesting turn of events between the nerdy looking boy with dreams of going to University and that blond delinquent looking boy with no dreams or future perspective.
The addition of a strong cast that involves the tutor Akira with his broken heart - Akira's Brother and his annoying needy personality. Moreover, we meet Sensi Henadai and the 5th-year medical intern , both of whom will have some sort of encounter with our Maya and Nemu ..
This a good take on teenage love that survived school with an impact on their future as university students. I'm impressed with how did the manga-ka made this entertaining and enjoyable as I have not felt bored nor distracted while reading -

As time passes, we grow older, taller(sometimes), become more mature and less natural and most of the time our personality changes!
In this story, we see 2 examples of the above theory; one will adhere to the above and the other will slightly be on the other side of this hypothesis! Add a mix of Yaoi blackmailing and teasing features, typical of most Yaoi and you will have a decent story!

A refreshing intake into the life of Samurai- I think they are peasants class warriors- We see couples in that hard life of fighting bandits and securing food, trying to inject a hint of romantic elements into their life.
Saijo, a young but capable fighter is smitten with vice commander Hakiji. Thier relationship beautifully develops initially, but it gets rushed at the conclusion of their story. They met each other almost 10 years ago when Saijo was admitted and Hakiji looked after him since then.
2 couple follow the previous trend, but the difference is that both ukes are not samurai materials, they are involved in laundry and household chores , but never the less, both stories are very tender and heartwarming but very superficial in terms of the lack of details and character growth!
The Final couple: Sirezawa and Nishi were a fine ending to this series. We don't see that usual love
relationships, but we see capable swordsman who invokes fear across everybody even his lover but he loyal and a very proud man, a rarity in the world Yaoi
I have to say that in this manga, I can not believe that every single one of them is tolerant of man-man relationships considering it is taboo at that time. I preferred a bit more resistance by adding characters of high authority that would torment those couples and adding obstacles to their relationships.

Asuka, the capable head secretary of the company is drinking her sorrows after the engagement of the man of her dream with a friend of hers! Her prince charming of the night turns out to be the cousin of her lover!
Thier tale of overcoming their differences to be one and make up their own fairy tale is full of corny lines and predictable! Expect fast-paced storylines !!
Asuka claimed to be in love initially but after the cousin told her to forget her first love, she completely forgets her emotions and acted like there was nothing in her heart for the person she craved his love initially!!!

A twisted tale of love! I think that love will be tainted if I called their relationship "Love". More like Sadistic desire to inflict pain and humiliation. Yes, I despise Seaike! His behaviour is nothing short of despicable and I am not rooting for Maudo either! He came across as weak who used to have this panache personality before their ill-fated encounter? Was it an act?
This story would get a higher rating if it ended differently! This was not a happy ending, it was the worst ending to anybody! A sadistic who got away with what he did! What sort of punishment he had to endure? One year without seeing the man who he wanted to break so they he can your equal? Isn't that twisted??
Mudou, reminded me of abused victims, those with endure countless abuses on the hand of their so called partners/spouses. But Muodo was different, he didn't have any relationship to begin with to forgive Saeki!!
But one thing was evident, Seaki said in the last chapter.. Both of them changed! Seaki becomes more efficient and arrogant! He managed to get away with what he did and Maudo was broken!
I wished Moudo, behaved differently after 1 year of not seeing each other! Settling with somebody who would love him the way he is! Somebody who will not go for extreme measures to change him!
In the last chapter, I can not believe that Seaki went that far and he managed to get away with it! What a twisted affair those two have!!

An idol who is clueless in relationship and has that cool but not arrogant look has got a new manager. The company president decided to hire her unemployed younger brother who is clueless in showbiz in order to find a way to manage this expressionless star by giving him an unprofessional manager.
This story is really superficial and doesn't touch base with several potential elements that could improve this manga. The teddy bears! One single page to discuss their profound effect on the idol life and that sudden decision to part away from all of them! The Daughter relationship with her father, he seemed like a man who abandoned his child?

As a story, it has no plot. We don't know how did the mermaid man come to the human world except for small reference from a shop owner! As a character, the mermaid is such a passive aggressive mermaid that doesn't do anything besides sitting in the tub? Why would you visit the human world if that's what are you going to do? Kanan is such a disappointed character, even though his persona, should be strengthened by his new found love, he is still the same bullied man! Neither of them had any development through the storyline.

I'm sure she can make pearls also, I think it's just because the prince is lazy that he sells his to her shop instead of working.
By far, it's not my favorite merstory, I prefer WILD FISH much better! I love the brother who is a clean freak. The mermaid FREE! DJ's are pretty good too.
I will have to find that one story I read two years ago, that was actually a fish genderbender. Out of water it's a boy, and in the water it's a girl . . . or was that the opposite . . . .?? I've gotta increase my mercollection!
The beautiful looking Hana with an elegant flower smell is polite, respectful and hard working 18-year-old in spite of the fact that he acts cluelessly. Add to that, the spontaneous Mitsuki, a rickshaw driver who was stuck with Hana-Chan addiction. In spite of the fact that this is predictable and full of cliches, it was narrated nicely!
I just can not believe that someone like Hana would actually exist!
