It's awesome she was so great to others but as mc said, it would hurt her own son too. Like, he was an only child but wouldn't the orphans seem like his siblings or did that not happen? She didnt put boundaries and even made her son feel like an orphan too. That has to be painful...sooo once he knows his mom loves him, is he expected to become like her? Ok hear me out. I'm not saying he isnt a fool and didnt deserve the punishment. I'm not saying ignorance is an excuse. What I'm saying is, his mother died and he has to grieve but his father lost his wife and ended up isolating himself. Then the kid ends up having only a bitch of a stepgrandma manipulating him, astellas the 9only parental figure present, who uses him and sewing discord between him and his sister and let's not forget the 2 little bitches who were also LIKE siblings to him. So yes he is a dumb dumb but I still feel a little bad for him. Plus his only brother left for the knights. Like dude didnt have the best of plots
So does she not consider herself a living person then or does she consider everyone puppets? Like it annoys me when mc thinks that just because it's a novel it has to follow a specific plot and you have no free will. (One reason I like flower of ordeal ), but for these types of novels it just becomes annoying and some plot point til the mc recognizes her feelings for ml. Just because its annoying doesnt mean I wont continue to read it but it just loses the excitement for me.

it annoys me too but then I again when I think about it, when I see a celebrity whose also doing grocery at my local, it would also feel out of this world too, I guess that's what she might mean
