I made it I made it to chapter 5 but haven't started it yet. I find the female lead to be stupid and weak. Why does she think that the plot has to reign supreme? I understand that it's a trope but it's kind of annoying as well. Being a recluse was a good idea, but at the same time, it's like she's still weak. She's anybody's stepping stone. The only time I've seen her have any gumption was when she faced the Emperor as a servant. I understand the wanting to survive, but she still just seems weak and stupid to me. Does she get better?
Edit: chapter 5 and beyond gets better. The spoiler page is extensive too so nice to know the story gets better
in my opinion she acted like any normal person would, but maybe that’s just me cuz i’m stupid and weak, but so far she has a very realistic approach to things
After reading the spoiler page, this is a nice story, this is just not for me. I'm happy to find out that ml was not the biological father, since I was a bit confused, but still the story is just not for me.
Loving this still but in ch160, the timing seems off. If the dragon of the Apocalypse can move that fast to fight why can't he get to the book? Also when the book was floating away, MC was able to have a conversation. That's hilarious! That also seemed kind of off to me but, who cares, maybe I'm overthinking . Anyways I'm excited for everybody to meet up.

I started this long ago and finally its done. Was a bit disappointed with the latter half but overall a goodread. Wished mlhad gotten shares in the company or something more with the sister too. Idk, although it was good, the beginning was better and still felt a bit eh in the end.
Ended up bringing the 7 chaps, thank God for them, in one night. Honestly issac didntfeel like a 2nd male lead but hope he ends up with someone. His silver hair and purple eyes remind me of another novel I'm reading where the 2nd ml has the same coloursbut luckily a fan transmigrated and ends up with him. (For My Abandoned Love)
Anyways,this was cute and quick read with all likable characters. I'm hoping emperor and empress have a boy and our couple has a girl lol...also hoping to see isaac with someone and more of the side characters
