After their fight from chapter 101 They both were just planning to avoid each other (maybe) but later on Cirrus can't take it any longer and call Skylar. At first Skylar was just about to decline his call but change his mind and answer the call. The first thing cirrus says was "I'm sorry" then when Skylar asks where he is, turns out he's standing just behind him, not that far from Skylar. When they finally made an eyes contact The next scenes that was shown wasn't them having a proper conversation or anything but them kissing.
