You guys might don't know but if i'm not mistaken, the characters adapted from real life voice actors in Japan. The seme, Azuma Shouyo, stated in this manga that he's a senior in voice acting industry, he's usually dubbing western movies, he recently built his own production (i don't know what production) and he has gentle sweet old man voice, so in real life voice actors he should be Morikawa Toshiyuki (the emperor of BL) he has gentleman's voice, he's known for dubbing western movies and he built his own agency for voice actors named AXL ONE (correct me if i'm wrong) but he's definitely doesn't look like in the manga and i don't know about his personality and his attitude in real life, I DEFINITELY DON'T KNOW BUT HEY THIS IS JUST A MANGA RIGHT? FANTASY, RIGHT?

And Renya... i don't know much about him. Stated in manga that he known for voicing seme roles (in real life voice actors there are a lot that has seme-sama voice tho), and his voice only would definitely sell like crazy even with crappy script, he was a delinquent back in high school. I can't think the certain voice actors but, these are voice actors that has "ultimate seme-sama voice"
1. Ono Yuuki (he voiced Karino from Caste Heaven) -> he has done several Uke roles
2. Hatano Wataru (he voiced Doumeki from Saezuru Tori Wa Habatakanai) -> he has done several Uke roles
3. Maeno Tomoaki (he voiced Kurose Riku from 10 count) -> he has done several Uke roles
4. Hirakawa Daisuke (he voiced Rei from Free!) Yes i know that's not a yaoi but that's his biggest role from what i know -> he has done several Uke roles
5. Yasumoto hiroki (ah... his voice is undoubtly, definitely seme) -> from what i know, he has never done any uke roles at all
6. Etc...

I don't know if Renya also adapted from real life voice actor (i need to ask the mangaka if i'm that curious) but if he is, i suspect Renya to be adapted from Hirakawa Daisuke. Not just because he has long hair like Renya, but his voice can totally change from seme-sama to uke-sama. His seme-sama role (the one that i love so much) is Risou No Koibito ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=On5axHEOJ9c minutes 11:20), you can judge from there how a total seme he is, totally dominating Maeno Tomoaki (the uke's voice actor). But when he voiced in Toshishita Kareshi no Renai Kanriheki ( https://youtu.be/Lt9ZRUTuaeA), he's a total uke in there. You can check it yourself
