ikr! the differences between culture and work ethics really hard to balance out. kondou's attitude to talk forward is good but it might not be well in a situation when 1 vs the whole department. even now we can see kondou was somewhat isolated than others (because he often overworked himself) and get hate from other departments. ╥﹏╥

I forgot what manga it was or maybe it was a drama, but they say being too kind or being too focused on working hard always put the people around you in a not-so-good-spot. While you are shining like a bright light the others are being seen as dull and lazy. I know that its not the case at all times and maybe others are just too insecure but damn i realized how hard it is to be human. This entire social dynamics is making my head hurts.
