I love how people are so mentally aware of every situation in manga, like, I’ve seen revolution in manga plot in a decade, from mangaka romanticising non consensual act to them being “woke” to such action and raising up concern (because yes, its not as romantics irl).
This chapter particularly needs me to reread because i was losing focus lmao and also because of the pace. If there were a bit of gap in timeline, it might be preferable.
But then, if we were to view things on Sakura’s situation, since he’s a closeted gay and was once betrayed and hated by his work partner, he couldn’t bring himself to open up. Then this adorable guy come and trampled on his wall, now he’s catching feels but doesn’t let it shows. Sakura is such a tsundere, and he’s not the green flag yall expected him to be. He’s just a man who follows his sexual desire ( ̄∇ ̄") so I’m honestly not surprised??? Like, he’s not bad but he also aint the pure good guy like our baby MC but he could do better fr (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

Some people might hate this plot, but for me, its interesting in some kind of way. I understood what the story want to deliver, and the fact that it comparing working adult life and carefree student life. I honestly like how genuine hatred Mirai have for working people and their advices, because of his current situation its normal to feel so, logical even. And his disliking on Hotaru was eventually explained it was due to him remembering all the tiniest things that he had bottled up and finally exploded. That’s explain Mirai’s situation (but please understand that i do not agree on his dissent action). Meanwhile for Hotaru, he from the beginning is already damned smitten on Mirai (a fact lol), and maybe its also because of his unconscious feeling for Mirai (he basically acted like Mirai’s husband since day 1). i liked how Hotaru is, he’s the type of a person who would communicate, this actually helps a lot in this relationship, hes logical too, matured. So yea, at some point, looking back at it, what the both of them faced might seem as small couple quarrel. (again, except the dissented act )
Therefore, I personally find this story interesting, wouldn’t say its a 100% green reads but it is somewhat genuine in expressing a feeling of someone who was left out from others in life, and how he grown out of it. and yeah thats it, this is just my opinion. (●'◡'●)ノ
it felt like so many things left unfold, like what happen afterwards? Did his parents look for MC after that? What about MC’s dad situation after that? What about shin’s actions? What about their relationship progression? it just tooo fast ended things were left unexplained (/TДT)/
