First off - I'm sorry he was part of a situation where he was forced to raise someone's random baby.
Second- "we never broke up" is null if (for 3 years) you are part of a relationship (regardless of how stable) with another woman and her child. You forfeit your right to the relationship the moment you leave.
Third - you're bitching about 3 years and they didn't call you? Phones work both ways.

You know, if he wasn't such a dick about it all, it actually might've been a cute love story. Rich and powerful and handsome, longing for a fallen noble woman, offering to take care of her and love her forever. But alas.... He wasn't the ml and he had to be a dick....
