So asagiri keeps destroying akutagawas character… awesome : D
Baiting deaths is a low blow in every and all situations. If you want readers to still be interested in your story just stick to the original script instead of killing half the cast just to bring them back again. Makes it so useless and pointless
Booooo tomatoes this is so disappointing. I said it once and i’ll say it again; i miss when he was strong, calculating and intelligent. Now he’s just letting kwon drag him around until there’s nothing left
There has not been a 360 shift in the mc’s personality recently, way before this chapter he started mellowing out and becoming less cunning. But rn it’s recently that he’s been getting that back. With this chapter it might seem like it’s the opposite but he clearly has something in place, do I know what?, absolutely not, but it’s clear he is being complacent for a reason. Also zero background is crazy because most of the story is revealing his background, at least with his dad. After the dad died and he’s lost into poverty is not as important because it doesn’t relate to what’s happening now. So you should actually start using your eyes and start reading the story. I do however agree that it got watered down when the fucking began, most of the story after that has suffered but, the characters being ooc (especially kwon) is so false that is makes my head hurt. Hoped you liked me elaborating.
Okay, thank you. I apologize for being rude in my previous reply. I appreciate and actually liked that you elaborated. Haha
Honestly I shouldve clarified that kwon isn’t acting ooc. He has been pretty much the same and been consistent. My main problem however is with mc (i keep forgetting his name) and how it all got watered down to sex. i understand that both him and us are finding out at the same time about his own past to the clearest. But i feel like his personality as a whole is gone, and has become (not entirely) someone else. I understand he’s self reflecting and what not, but even at the beginning when he did, he was still himself. Does that kinda make sense? Idk. And also how people say this ends also feels very odd. This was an absolute brilliant manhwa but at some point it felt like it lost track and thats when it got watered down. Even then im still very much intrigued, though.
This is SO cool if you take out the fucking asshole that delta is. Im invested on henry and keith’s relationship and i WISH they were endgame. i feel very annoyed on how every single time it’s just rape rape and rape with this type of stories hrhhgggg
I loved her previous work, it was well paced and the characters had great development.. to a level it’s disappointing
It’s kind of sad how he doomed himself on his own to save ruby, but i get it. He wanted to protect her and went above and beyond for her. But his main problem was and will always be closing himself from the world because he didn’t want to involve anyone else.
Akane let him know of that and she wanted to make sure he wasn’t alone, but he still didn’t get the message. It’s kind of ironic how his past self consumed him and that’s why he ended up the way he did. A little help wouldn’t have hurt him, but he refused to be helped. Im ngl and say i didn’t wish for him to live and become an adult… he had so much ahead of him but even as aqua he kept putting everyone else above him.
I speed read this and i don’t regret it all. I saw a few comments here and a few of you guys were saying valid criticism, i get it. But i feel like all the points that the author wanted to made across, were successfully done so. Akira got to love herself and be who she wanted to be, stopped living in fear and started being her own person. Just like hime chan did as well. Im so happy she got to marry him! :3 i see why you guys wanted her to end up with akira but it’s not that simple, Hime didn’t expect her to reciprocate the feelings, their relationship goes beyond “love” and it’s stronger than that, that’s why Hime felt relieved after confessing her feelings. Because she could finally close that chapter and move on with her life. Just like when akira confessed to her senpai and moved on too. Yukka got to be with someone who valued her for who she is rather than it being superficial and marry her even. Liking people is complicated itself and people have always tried to tag it. Love can be more than just romantic feelings which is why akira and hime dont end up together. I can go waaaay beyond this but overall im happy with the ending, this all felt bittersweet but im happy with the outcome. Hime got to be herself and stopped running away from being born as a girl, started being her own person when she realized she was just what Akira thought of her and started being her ownself.
