MB in my opinion, since the title is I'm here say nothing. It might be meant that Hijikata doesn't need to explain verbally or anything because Gintoki understands him? Like Gintoki knows that Hijikata is stressed and worn out from work etc and cannot make to their appointments in time. Gintoki understands it without Hijikata to explain himself. It's showing their love to another level.
