so SPOILER but to be blunt, no he did not cheat. it’s quite a serious and confusing situation, but mr yoon has actually been married for years (mr woo knows) and he is forced to go back to his wife otherwise mr woo is in danger. he leaves mr woo for his safety, and i believe mr yoon is deeply hurt by this and loves mr woo a lot, but he knows it’s for the greater good.

mr yoon makes it impossible for mr woo to fight it. mr woo really tried, but then mr yoon just completely left. also no there’s nothing between mr yoon and the old man, i’m about 80% certain that’s his father but they have an estranged relationship (they actually don’t go into it too much in the other chapters for some reason).
