They first showed a scene what happened in the original plot, where our mc didn't transmigrate in the novel, becoming the Roxanna who is fond of eye balls, then it did time skip.

So I think she kind of got together with her half brother because she noticed he only went to question her because he had some sort of lust for her and wanted to see her beg and cry to him, so she sort of made that "agreement" with him thinking, I'll go to hell anyway

Then, the thing with the sister and saying the guy died, that was a recollection of what happened in the original novel before she transmigrated into the story how the original MC went mad and hunted the entire family down to avenge her brother... But this didn't actually happen because she avoided her family killing him after 6 months... Maybe...?

And at the end it's where she is currently after he escaped, and 3 years after she made the "deal" with Dion...?

So in the latest chapter, 27, you see Dion and Roxanne forming an alliance with each other. Dion will allow Cassis to escape and Roxanne and Dion will team up to plot something. With the scene with Jeremy and Cassis’s sister, that is what went on in the original story. In the original story, Cassis would be dead at this time, and that scene is telling us how Cassis’s sister found out. It also shows us the relationship between Jeremy and the sister. Then, the final scene, this scene is in the story that we know (the only scene from the original book that the MC read is the scene with Jeremy and the sister). This is Roxanne telling her older half-brother (he is a new character) that all the people looking for Cassis have been eaten by her butterflies (which is a lie) to get him to stop looking for them.
