i just binged read this so there's so much to unpack here. 1st of all.the FL is healthy emotionally and mentally , she knows how to set boundaries and what she wanted to do . That's what I also think about the ML like he's considerate to the FL unlike those assholes ML we've had ( any genre ) but then the few last chapters made me think he has a dark side of being possessive ( due to his backgroud , praying for him to overcome his trauma ) which hopefully may not be the case. And I feel bad for Rael , she just wants to have a friend but the FL keeps rejecting her . It's so lonely to think that I could almost feel how she feels . I hope after all the FL would consider her as friend . Then the FL and ML would continue their healthy love story because it's a shame if it turns out to be shitty ( it's such a gem to see stories like this ) .
