Um,wasnt this all in the current chapter?it showed a different time than the first life,and it is somewhat more modern than the first life.we see than hyung refers to his dreams that he has been having since childhood as "someone else's memories(his past/1st life)" and he has it to the point he becomes dull to reality,he falls ill after his dreams shows that one day hoshik dies and since stops having any dreams about hoshik,further worsening his condition and him searching for any mirage(hoshik in real life) but there's none since he wasnt in that time period.
