it's probably just for identification purposes, in order to make kouichi's design consistent. caius also has the same clothes all the time, which is done to aid the readers' memory

People saying "Omg i love Chowon's character growth", do you realize if Haesoo didn't ghosted him because of what he did, he would still be the same crazy bitch that he always has been? If he really wanted to change, he would have tried harder in therapy, take his medicine etc. He only acted like this because of Haesoo, not because he actually grew and learned from his previous mistakes.
i think that everyones journey is different and some people may need a little push in the right direction, i do not condone chowoons actions oc but at least hes trying now instead of never, that doesnt change his actions and that doesnt mean people have to forgive him and take him back but it can help him create a better future i personally think its never to late to grow and change
therapies and medicines takes time before it could actually help a person who's mentally unstable. it's not just a snap of a finger and poof you're okay. and it really helps a person who's taking therapy if he or she has support system like family or friends.
im really sorry but i disagree about it, in my pov he change a little bit when he met kyungsoo, bcause of him, chowon dont hurt people, bcause of him, chowon be brave to apologise even he never do it, u cant expect someone to change in one day, bcause he still not in good condition n no one support him, if i in his situation i will never expect someone to understand me i just want them to forgive me for what im done bad things to them sorry bad english bad english ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ ┗( T﹏T )┛
