Right now, I wish they remake the whole anime. Like completely start over from season 1 etc. But this time, stay true to the manga.
Agreed, in full. Everyone who wants to read the BB manga never knows where to start, or what's canon, because of Season 1 and 2. Even some of the canon arcs in Season 1 are altered (like that weird fight scene they added in the curry arc). Not to say that the non-canon arcs weren't interesting, because I really do like Drocell and the angels, they just throw a lot of prospective readers off. Plus, I hate Season 2 with a passion, don't @me.
Agreed. I think the characters and plot from s2 were interesting but as they're own anime. Totally not authentic and in character for Black Butler.. Ever since I started the manga (which was probably like middle school) I realized how dark and cleverly written it actually is. I hate how it gets written off as yaoi bait or mainstream :/
Agreeeed. I often find that authors are wishy washy with homoerotic understones and queer bait and that unfortunately includes Yana. It's obvious she has an interest in that type of thing or shotacon :/ I used to be a heavy sebaciel shipper but now it kinda irks me. I'm just glad its transitioning into the story now.~
For the people who complain about the anime veering off the path of canon at a certain point - as someone who followed this manga before the anime came out: there was NO content at all. The manga was far behind the anime and everything from the Circus Arc and onwards didn’t exist at the time, so there was no “canon” yet to transition to. If you want to follow “canon” by timeline, then the anime is “canon” because the story progressed there faster than the manga could keep up with.

That's it?! But, but, but, there are a lot of things that are still... aren't solved yet!
Like what?
Like what happened with trying to find a cure, what happened to Edwin and the organisation, what about Kyon's "mission" what was it's real purpose and a lot of other things...
Oh. Yeah, I suppose so. I’ve always just assumed that that didn’t really matter to the because the story solely focuses on Kyon and Lucaon’s love.
