I am getting a similar feeling to the chinese drama 'The Guardian'. It feels kinda similar. But I am only starting it, lets see how it is!

It is so good, if you like 'The Untamed', you will like 'The Guardian'. It is based on the novel of the same name by the author, Priest. I truly recommend reading the novel as well as watching the drama, which is available on youtube.
ps. I recommend reading the other novels from the author!
However, I should mention that the drama is only 'bromance' and not BL because of the restrictions China has. But the two actors truly show the love between the two characters through their chemistry. It also has a very interesting plot and is only 40 episodes.

But the novel is BL, and is very supportive of the LGBTQ+ community as, if I remember correctly, one of the main characters is bisexual. The novel is called 'Guardian' and it is fully translated (at the end of this comment I have linked a website where you can find the English translations). Although the novel is clearly BL and clearly shows the romance between the two characters, the drama is bromance due to the restrictions.

i mean couldn't he just have transport by replacing the spot another demon has? like wouldn't the be faster than flying to the location. and if he cant transport in the portal/demonic place (forgot name) he can transport after he got out? meh. but its still cool cause ik the author might have wanted suspense but it would have been faster.

Lol ikr... I also thot that. But I guess the author is upping the stakes on the cool factor lol... riding in on a dragon, saving a damsel in distress. Where would heroes go without girls to make them into heroes ! Take as old as time... (snicker)

I saw on Scarlet's twitter that the manga has finished or is finishing up, but on the picture and translation it stated volume 5. The updates on mangago are only up to volume 3... so I don't know if they are gonna upload more for this manga or not. Also the cover of volume 5 is new and we haven't seen it before.
