What UtterlyFujoshi said is partially correct.
Specifically, it's a mixture of prostate fluid in it's original state before it's mixed with sperm from the testies as well as the fluids from the seminal vesicles (which, in normal ejaculation, these 3 combined are what makes up semen); it's consistency is much like pre-cum but wetter. It's typically sticky, colorless and odorless.
Urine is not always released when a prostate orgasm occurs, but the prostate is responsible for blocking the section of the urethra that releases urine; consequently, if a prostate orgasm is intense enough, it can release it's hold on the urethra and urine can be released with the prostate fluids (which is not uncommon despite not always occurring, and there's usually not enough urine to change the overall color or odor of the prostate fluid).
