the first time she saw the two of them together in a compromising situation, suha was knocked out, butt naked, on the couch and exhausted with "bruises" all over him. then the next time she hears of suha, he's out with a cold, then when she sees him again, there's a hickey on his neck.
I don't think she thinks it's a bruise from getting beat up or anything like that, but it is very easy to look as this situational evidence as sexual abuse which validated her worry over a scandal. Obviously we know that that's not what's going on, but she doesn't. She's not reading the story like we are lol (aka dramatic irony)

To those complaining about an open ending, or rather the fact that sukako and kyohei didn't get together.... did you guys not read the other 146 chapters lamoo, if in just one chapter sunako all off a sudden changed how she was for the entire series, then yall would complain how the author rushed the ending. It should have been pretty clear from at least half way through the series that she wasn't going to end up with anyone.
(It would have been nice to see them fall for each other, don't get me wrong, but the way it was going in the last chapter was so weird LMAOO)
