It's only a cheap fan service. Probably the author had no idea what to do with the main characters and she wanted to milk the popularity of the story ... so add the stupid love triangle with the shameless filler for kink lovers. Of course, in order to keep Siwon 'faithful' it would have been in a way that made Siwon a victim.
It turned out he is a victim of his own stupidity. He actually got in the car with his known rapist and went drinking with him! Having Siwon so gullible, defenseless and easy to manipulate in a situation that even a child could know better made really hard to take the character seriously. He is, after all, a man over his 20s and pushing his naivety to small child level made for a laughable result. Thus the legend of Siwon, the dumbest uke of them all was born.
