I Don think so. The novel never stated about him having exes. But I low-key get it cause he was already killing polluted humans from a young age. I'm sure almost everyone wanted noted to do with him. Until Ah Zhe came along that is

tbf lu feng is a straight up psychopath (/not pejorative) so he may not have any interest in any sort of relationships at all (even friendships) but an zhe is so strange and cute, he drew his curiosity?
Lu Feng is not a psychopath, it's just what he does for a living as he should because he is better than anyone else has ever been at the job. He's not the only arbiter but he is THE abiter of them all so why would you not have him in that position to stop people from dying. He is also very much in love w An Zhe by the end :(
