I looove visual novels, dating sims also but I'm not really a completionists. I get the good ending for my favorite 1 or 2 characters and that's it. I like when MC has personality, a past goals and intrests, even if they're very different from mine. I think it's more intresting than playing a blank slate. I think people don't realize how much is lost in translation. One time I tried translating to english a manga from french and spanish scans since I speak both languages and the two versions kept contracting each other. For example: "there's no way I'd be scared" and "how could I not get scared" I gave up halfway through. Not really picking a side h......   2 reply

Why aren't the bottoms allowed to sleep around or have sexual experience? Only the arrogant, popular tops have sex. And if the bottom has had a sexual partner before 80% of the time it's like a comically abusive ex-boyfriend. So repetitive. I like reading about adults who know what they like and what they want   reply

How did your school, high school or other, treat attendance? I've only gone to schools where people couldn't care less. In high school I used to have a friend with 250 absences and I was sitting at 50 or 60 myself. All we ever got was a little slap on the wrist. But as long as our parents excused the absence, they couldn't do anything. Parents didn't even need to call in, it was all done online. For the record, my mom excused everything because I had good grades anyway and my friend's parents didn't know she was cutting class because she found out their password and logged into their account to excuse her own absences lol
