This is why a possible meeting with Dojin's family will be interesting for plot progression. Dojin's "mum" is an Omega man, just like Hye-sung, and the image he always had of Dojin's mother was negative, in that he thought they would despise him for being an omega. For Hye-sung to see a more positive example of how an omega man, with children can live, it might buck up his spirits. They showed in chapter 9 that because of the cheap suppressants he was taking, the doctor told him he’d need treatments to be able to have a kid. So the c-section was probably because of his medical situation.

Ehm... No it's not about that. The thing about the suppressants was the infertility, not the problems during the birth. Those are two different problems

It's common that mothers with twins have c-sections because there are a lot of complications that could or may happen during child birth. But that is also true to single child births. But no, the suppressants had nothing to do with the c-section.

It's one way, yes. They say it's not uncommon, not that it's the only way it happens. Same applies in the real world.
