we all know that the plot is amazing, but to me the best part is that I genuinely can’t think of an ending, like sure I have lots of theories, but the ending? no clue, I literally can’t picture anything, at least not a happy one
I don't mind if the author wants a toxic couple or a psycho ml, but what bothers me is bringing down a likeable character like the Director. Why do authors bother to create what could be a great ml if they're not going to portray them as one?
Unfortunately rape and abuse is extremely normalized in what’s supposed to be BL, but this is sickening to my stomach, it’s on a whole other level of abuse. I dropped it at chapter 23 because I couldn’t take it anymore, fuck whoever wrote and/or enjoyed reading this and get help.
Honestly it’s not the first time I read a BL where the main characters love each other but never say ‘I love you’, when that happens I don’t like it, at all. But I must admit that in this case is different, saying ‘I love you’ is not enough. Lima literally begged for both of them to become a single person because he couldn’t take being apart from Sak, that’s on another level of love, wow.
I don’t tend to read special episodes unless the main story feels unfinished, therefore I skipped these ones when I first read this (it was like months ago). The thing is that I wanted to kill some time so I decided to finally give the special episodes a try because I had nothing else to do AND OMFG????? THEY HAD ME LITERALLY BAWLING AND GASPING FOR AIR WTF

Okay I’m extremely confused but up to know this is what I understood about what’s going on (please correct me if i’m wrong and don’t spoil since I haven’t read the novel yet).
So basically Taekjoo was used by his own agency cause they wanted to get rid of him with the excuse that they sent Zhenya as his partner by mistake. He also just realized that Zhenya got rid of all the participants of project Anastasia because the weapon itself was a failure, and if anyone means to try again, it will only be him. This is why the government does nothing about it—who would dare to challenge Zhenya? Taekjoo discovered the hints that Zhenya gave him about this room where there are this jewels and the blueprint of Anastasia in Bogdanov's mansion (I’m so lost with this I’m 100% sure I’m wrong), so he and his partner go to complete the mission and find the truth behind Zhenya and Anastasia.
So, how did I do? LOL
I want to let it marinate but everytime I get the notification of a new chapter I can’t help but read it as soon as it drops, I wanna see my man

Honestly, the age gap is not the big deal, under the green light has a similar dynamic and I don’t see y’all whining about it, the cctv and the way ml keeps on saying that mc looks like a child to him are what make this weird… The art is gorgeous so I’m still gonna read it, but I’m a little bit disgusted

If you are doubting whether to read this or not, to drop it or continue reading it, then I’d say you should give it a chance. The negative comments are mostly about ml (he is really annoying I admit that), but I’m hoping there will be a great character development, cause at the end of the day every story that’s two slow dancers by mitski coded, is a good story, so I wouldn’t give up on this one, at least not yet.
