Koga-san is feeling overwhelmed by everything. She doesn't know how to act around girls her age and it's a very valid feeling to have. I'm just glad that Aya is there for her instead of someone who will judge her for having those feelings:>.

Although I have to say that it's wrong for Koga to assume things about Aya's friend group. But that's her being a human being with flaws. Hopefully she can reconcile with this issue!
