Mr.cha didn't ever try to help hee seo aside from money and this boy is begging to be loved by someone. Mr.cha found out those assholes stole the money for his therapy and never even tried to get him back in jt and if anyone could have made hee seo go to therapy it would have been cha.

So basically cha made him go through all that bullshit just to end up at the conclusion he said wouldn't happen.
