ive been reading bl for YEARS now and nothing has ever been close to Merry Marbling at having such green flag characters, wholesome plot, adorable relationship development, great communication, no useless drama
this deserves to be even more popular esp since bl webtoons are currently being dominated by those with toxic shallow flat characters with only their good looks as compensation
I hope i'm not the only one who teared up when Charlotte went crying to the dying Valek and telling him that she still could not escape and move on into the future like he asked her to. It's just so tragic that Valek loved her and wanted her to be happy and yet the Lady still couldn't grant his final wish for him. Just like with her mother and Penny, she still could not do anything for the people she loved while they all died loving her. I would have drowned in despair if i was in her position.
on that note, wouldnt it be an interesting (yet tragic) twist if charlotte is the one who ends up becoming corrupted rather than the ml? Because so far, it is being hinted that her "stee of mind" ability will decrease along the way. What if the moment it disappears, Charlotte starts to be engulfed by her emotions and her past memories including why she's now trapped in this game?
wait wait wait so Charlotte is basically the Lady from the story? Or at least her reincarnation/spirit that got trapped inside whatever world this is? And basing from the eye color, the green-eyed demon who possessed Eric is most likely the Lady's brother Johanne. Damn bruh leave your sister alone! Penny and Valek's deaths were already enough

I love platonic relationships. I don't care if this manga has no romance in it. I love how we get to see everything from Atami's perspective like him getting sad at being rejected but also using it to reflect and change how he has been rejecting other people, him being relieved that adachi still talks to him and hangs out with him even after his confession, and him coming into terms with moving on and realizing that he enjoys staying as friends.
I also love how Adachi is totally fine with Atami coming over to his house to have dinner with his family, how he assured atami he was never against him coming over, and how he was worried if he had been insensitive to Atami's feelings. From the very start, Adachi has always been caring and looked out for Atami in his own way and that never changed.
Like idk with yall but this is just so relaxing.
