It isnt really "shonen" . But it just got "that feel" you know what i mean?? It's hard to explain. It's different than your typical yaoi. These authors have a really distinctive artstyle. If not very simplistic, its very stylized... Yknow, it's just those kind of BL where you dont mind any plot as long as the delivery, the atmosphere and the vibe is good. well, at least in my opinion.

I don't like the direction the author chose and it's not like I expected much from this story but still. Why does what's his name get to swoop in and save the day? They should've reunited when Doc Dan had his life together not when he was a wreck. Jaekyung has less emotional intelligence than a rock he doesn't deserve to be redeemed like this. I get that they are going for "Oh no people have their own emotions and stuff going on in their lives, and I'm not the centre of the universe ?!?!?!" buut he should discover that on his own when his life crumbles imo. Both of them should mature on their own for a couple years and then maybe meet again. Jaekyung needs to learn how to treat people with respect and Doc Dan should learn to enjoy life on his own and surround himself with good people.
