Correct me if I'm wrong, does "I'll let your brother know what happened" imply him having sex with uke? If so, what the actual fuck? Just......what??? Why would the uncle even threaten telling the uke’s brother about him raping his nephew just to continue doing the same thing??? How the fuck does that make sense ? How does it make sense for the uncle to brag about something that incriminates him just as much, if not more? Plus, what would the uncle gain by revealing his crime? He's literally creating more inconsistencies than leverage. If anything, he’s just as vulnerable, if not more.

The uncle's probably talking more about the uke sleeping with people. The uncle is selling this nephew to influential people for whatever reason could be power or money. He could shift the narrative to the brother.

Isn't that even worse? The uncle’s plan is to threaten to tell the uke’s brother - his other nephew - that he's whoring his little brother to powerful/influential people???? wtf???? How is fuck that supposed to work as leverage without making the uncle look even more despicable? What’s the logic here - threatening to expose himself for trafficking his nephew? It’s hard to see how he’s gaining any power when he’s digging his own grave.

The uncle doesn't have to say he is the one that pimping out his nephew, just has to say his sleeping with influential. He could shift the narrative to fit whatever he wants. I hate to say it he might have manipulated the MC since he was small putting him under his control saying if he wants to protect his brother do this or he has something else on him.

Well, even though brother would question uncle but this will make him also think that uke is on uncle's side and is helping his uncle do bad things and he will see uke as, although there's pity but we can not remove the disgust he will feel on what uke was doing. As you can see, brother is already doubting how uncle manages the west side.
