the story and anatomy and common sense are all over the place but the dialogues in that chapter alone clear. out of context, it's good.

I'm not saying he's suddenly forgiven just like that, especially when he took his anger out on dan AGAIN earlier in the very same chapter. but at least he's headed in the right direction? I think even he has to accept now that he has a heart. he was genuinely worried and heartbroken.
