Good on Qin Yun for beating that trash kale or whatever his name was, as well as sending him packing.
Altough I don't understand why the hell Xi Zhao let that little bish stay even after he literally attacked him and Zhong Yan like, his spirit animal is heavily injured. HE is the emperor. Why tf can't he slam that bish behind bars? Skewer him with something sharp? Or at the very least, kick him off the planet like Qin Yun did? Ngl, I liked Qin Yun beating him, we really don't get enough ukes/girls who are badass enough to rough up a bish encroaching on their territory, but he shouldn't have had to, because Xi Zhao should have made sure that the kale bish is 15 lightyears away. If Qin Yun can do it with a punch and a gun waved in his face, why can't the emperor do the same

I think from what I’ve gathered from the story so far and somewhat the raws, Kyle(or Kale, whatever his name is doesn’t matter lmao) is the leader of the Olympians? Or at the very least very high ranking so Xì Zhao disrespecting him would have risked their peace negotiations, idk if it says why Kyle outright attacking Xi Zhao WASNT affecting the treaty, perhaps he could of somehow spun it he wasn’t meaning to hurt him since no one else was present at the time etc, Qin Yun however can say he was acting in self defence as Kyle outright tried to attack him unprompted when someone else was present and even admitted what his aim was(when questioning why his mental attack didn’t work) before Qin Yun even lay a hand on him, even if he might’ve done so regardless of Kyle trying to attack him first. I don’t know for sure though and I don’t know if it was ever properly explained why Xi Zhao didn’t get rid of him right away so take this with a grain of salt lol

From my understanding, Kale (lol) sorta defeated the emperor with his mental attack which means that no one is able to stand against him to kick him out. So you could say he imposed himself? He tried to do the same on Qin Yun but our uke blocked his mental attack and thus was able to kick his ass physically.

Hm, I think you are right. So far we could see that guides can shield themselves from other attacks, but sentries are apparently sitting ducks for guide attacks, hence the soldiers in the beginning of this manhua were shaking in their boots when guides attacked, and relied on guides to protect them. I completely forgot about this part. But if he really beat up Xi Zhao who was helpless since kale is very strong, regardless of how fake he is, and then was like "this is my home now", then an injured Xi Zhao couldn't really do much, and he is the strongest there.
Qin Yun however seems immune to me? I mean, he can't even see Zhong Yan, and as I understood, he shouldn't have been able to see the attack either. He just went in blindly to punch, and didn't even register the guide attack, as opposed to deliberately blocking, I think.

Jesus Christ on a pogo stick... There are some serious problems with consent (read: straight up rape, romanticised), unnecessary violence and the tops are just dumb fucks who refuse to listen to two words the ukes say. This manga seriously shows it's age, I read shit like this when I was 14 and it was popular to write romanticised rape and borderline violent semes.

Kris is such a drama chicken, lmao
Ngl, chapter 16 pissed me off. Yes, Rose reported to the princess, but it's not like the princess is in charge of the guild management townhall, nor was the conversation anything urgent that needs her immidiate attention, so what right did Rose have to report on a private discussion with a client? Cyril clearly declined the princess' help when Rose brought that up, and he obviously expected that his privacy is kept, well, private. And even when the princess showed up, he clearly declined any help twice (and for a good reason! He is basically growing a weed farm, imagine if it got out that the princess supplied the land...), yet he was still strongarmed into accepting in the end. I mean, you can only say "no" to a willfull princess so many times, before it becomes a problem for you.
Yes, in the end he got what he needed, and by the looks of it, for free. But now he is growing drugs on the land given by the princess, who is now also hanging out on said land, as if a princess is eternally free. How is he gonna hide his weedfarm from her? And anyway, i'm more pissed at Rose's complete lack of professionalism. Shit like this would make me rethink what I tell a person like her three times, before ultimately saying nothing.

I agree. Rose definitely was lacking professionalism. I also feel like the female characters are written horribly in this. You can tell a man wrote this as well.
I hate when writers make it so every woman feels the need to assist or follow someone who doesnt want or need it. They basically forced him into it and the Princess kept showing up in front of him without sending a letter or something.

Your comment made me think about how all these receptionists are usually always women in all these isekai/fantasy worlds, it's always a woman who doesn't take a "no" as an answer, and is there to either forcefully give help no one asked for, and/or to admire MC and fall in love with him. And somehow, it's always a helpless princess that ends up sponsoring MC too, someone who supposedly has a lot of status, money and power, but has to rely on some random newbie from the countryside to save the world or something.
Authors need a new template make men take up these positions.

This is why manga written by men 9 times out of 10 have horribly written female characters. It's always women needing to be rescued or the only powerful people are all women and they end up falling in love with the mc even though he's a wimp and looks plain asf. All these male mcs are starting to look the damn same. They look like every other mf and they just somehow got lucky but dont even have a good personality and still end up with a harem of beautiful clingy women that are all from different species.

Yep, and if a woman is strong and accomplished, she just has to have a nasty personality that disappears as soon as she inevitably falls for white bread MC, or she is old/ugly/more manly than men. That, or a seductress with minimal clothing, and in the end she still falls for him.
The "nice guy" self-insert is strong with these MC.

Ngl, if this is really the end, then it's lowkey disappointing. Tbh I didn't like Mamiya at all, so I don't particularly care about him, but it's a real shame about Sada. I mean, he did get to live longer, but I wouldn't say that his life was particularly good after he got revived. Not with Mamiya. I get it, he is lowkey a sociopath and the horrible way he was bullied and then raped repeatedly didn't help things, but his personality was not good even before that, and it's certainly not an exuse for the way he treated Sada

I gave this a honest try (15 chapters), but I cannot read it anymore. Don't get me wrong, it *is* a good manhwa. I really liked the two main characters, I liked their dynamic - for once the main pair had actual chemistry and isn't forced by the author -, I liked how their relationship changed. The story itself is good as well, the characters are actually individuals with personality, and the art is good.
However, I cannot stand James Taylor. Whenever he shows up, I feel nauseous, and the more I learn about him, the more I go from "he makes me angry" to "I feel like throwing up". I can handle it, if a character is a piece of shit and makes me rage. At best, I will just rant in the comments about how much I hate the character, rarely will I drop the work, unless it's just a whump-fest. However, JT is such a slimy, disgusting piece of shit that it makes *me* feel like shit. I cannot stand it, when someone is being manipulative and perverted towards a person with less power, when they treat this person as a toy. And JT is the definition of this. Despite being married, he uses, manipulates, and perves on a person who depends on him, and who easily could be his son age wise. It's clear that Iliyan rejected him multiple times, but JT still molests him regurarly. And what the fuck was that whole scene, where he felt up a naked, drunk and unconscious Iliyan after he fell into the pool?? He treated Iliyan like his own dog, tf. He took away his bodily autonomy like it's a regular sunday morning show. He even talks about Iliyan like he owns him, as if it's not Iliyan's merit that this ugly dog's brand got famous, especially since JT publicly sexually harrassed and humiliated Iliyan for it. He ruined Iliyan's reputation, got famous and rich on it, and then as a thanks he treats him like his sex toy that is being difficult and not putting out. In Helena's place I would divorce that sick fuck.
Not to say that Helena is better. Altough, if Helena's brand of fuckery was the only one in this manhwa, I would be able to bear it, even if the way she talks to the blonde assistant is giving me anxiety. She is also fucked in her head, a narcissistic bitch. But at least she is only "She makes me angry" category, and not the "I need to barf when I see her". However, with JT already making me feel like shit, I don't have the capacity for Helena's bullshit anymore.
Hence, I'm dropping this manhwa. I really wanted to see the relationship between Kyle and Iliyan, but man, JT ruins everything.
People like JT need to be castrated and burned like witches.
No, but why does Yutong turn on his rizz to the max whenever he is next to Xia Liang? Anyone would be woed like this
