It’s a load of bullshiz that the king of Hell gets a wish granted. Who cares about that guy? Why is he getting a wish at all? But if that guy gets to do ridiculous things like that then Kim Suho should be able to work out a way to free himself from such a burden.

Senpai treats the uke like trash because he has a terminal illness and he wants to use his wishes to find someone who will love him unconditionally. He realizes that the uke is not his person and stops interacting with him.
I do not know if he realizes that his contracted devil was the one he was looking for or if he unconsciously used the devil’s contract to bind him to him for eternity and beyond to fulfill his wish. Either way, he is one twisted bastard.
