Izuki is not intersex. What happened was some kind of magic (Theory being Ritsu wished for it in the early chapters). Izuku was male then suddenly one day he became female. If the theory is proven true, Ritsu is one piece of shit. No matter how much he liked Izuku, he had no right to wish for something like that.
