Unfortunately, the story is too complex for the bad quality translation which is why it doesn't make any sense. Because I'm really interested in the story, I will leave this bad translation well alone and patiently wait for the officials which I'm sure we'll get before jesus comes.
Funny that people lapped up "Miscreants And Mayhem" awarding it a rating of 9.1 but they have a problem with this one confirming people have double standards and they are rather fickle.
Nice to see that the readers have now got over their initial discontent with the manhwa adaptation NOT strictly following the novel. With the ongoing sweetness from our loved-up couple, me thinks from the hush in the comsec, the blanket kicking, blushes and wolf whistles, there's enough here to keep everyone well entertained!! This right here is how unresolved feelings can ruin your "resolve". Jihyuk always knew that he had unresolved feelings for Yoojun, that is why he hasn't been able to completely love Eunsong. Now that Yoojun is back, he can't ignore those buried feelings any longer. Some say that he needs to heal. I agree. Unfortunately, he can't heal with his true feelings for Yoojun in the way.
Now that the seme's true colours are showing, I can dive back into this story and enjoy the messy drama. I left it to marinate at chapter 8 because I couldn't stand all the praises from the readers directed at the seme for being a green flag which is laughable given the potentially toxic nature of BDSM doms.
No one really cares about the ml, at least in my case. What I care is how will the MC respond to the toxicity. At first, he was very likeable. But, recent chapters are showing how much of a pushover he is. Like come on, he come out strong with how uptight he is with his boundaries and values, but unknowingly, he somehow lost it midway(?). He isn't bounded by debt or blackmail so how tf he lost his character?
The fan translations are just ruining the chapter sequence because they are right in the middle of the officials. It would be nice if the fan translations can be deleted because they are not needed and we'll be able to read the official translations correctly. I never cared for the fan translations and I just want them gone.
NGL that ended on a high for me. I had just binged the whole of season 2 and I'm not hating the story at all. I love the controlled pace and subtle development. The tender moments with Nergal did not disappoint (he can do me anytime!), Beryl is still cute despite his unwanted beastly side, I'm impressed with Mephisto's coolness and "intelligence", and that Deus is still a nasty arrogant bastard and total ass!
The ending was not only a surprise but actually a teaser into a stronger plot in season 3 which is exciting as I quite like the story. So, I'll be waiting patiently for its return.
