I recently reread this for the nth time cause I love it. And Minato made a very good point. I forget what chap it is I think it's in the first chap of therapy game restart. Minato said shizuma fell in love with him way too easily.
He is so right like it's worrying. Bro fell madly in love in like a day simply because he felt obligated to Minato, then felt sorry and decided to give Minato a chance, then Minato sucked him off cause Minato said that would make up for forgetting their first night (that didn't actually happen), then shizuma was legit in love with Minato. It wasn't even a like it was love he straight up said he loved him.
This all happened in the span of like 2 days. Bro falls in love and loves so easily. He devotes himself so easily and full heartily. Like 2 days in to meeting Minato he seemed as if he would jump in front of a car for the guy. I wonder why...is their like a backstory behind that or is that just how he is.
You could argue Minato fell in love easily too...however their was an actual reason it was because shizuma was the first person who was genuinely kind to him besides his brother and loving despite not even knowing him. Minato also said he loved how shizuma still didn't hate yuka even after everything she did.
Minato has trauma and shizuma is way kind so that's probs why. And even then, he didn't admit to loving him he just was attracted to him and that Attraction turned to love.
Shizuma however had no real reason...he only stuck around cause he's stupid and felt obligated to make it up to minato. It is a bit worrying , Minato mentioned he was worried how quickly shizuma fell in love with him too.
Okay yeah I agree shizuma is being really annoying. But c'mon he's a really nice caring boyfriend to Minato he's just a bit dense. It seems like everyone's hating on him now...and remember the only reason Minato is dealing with hi dense ess is because he loves him so much

We find ourselves in a flashback, back to the end of the previous chapter. Just as Saito is asking them about their relationship, the real estate agent angrily says that they are friends, of course! Saito laughs as he recounts that the youth of today are so close that they practically cling to each other. He then comments that if they are standing that close to each other, people would mistake them for “those” people, which irks Minato. Shizuma looks blankly on at Saito.
Before Saito can even start talking about his younger days, Shizuma interrupts him and says, “We aren’t friends. We’re in a serious relationship.” The real estate agent, slightly blushing, lets out a surprised “Whaat” and Minato calls Shizuma’s name, panicking.
Shizuma continues, saying “My apologies. I didn’t know how to tell you so I’ve kept quiet, but the reason why I’m apartment hunting right now is because I’ve been thinking about moving in together with him.”
Saito is stunned, the real estate agent (still slightly blushing) covers her mouth shyly, and Minato stands next to Shizuma awkwardly. He then pinches his nose, in deep thought, thinking Shizuma is a little bit of an idiot right now. Just as he thinks this, Saito apologises to them for what he’s said. He reassures them that he doesn’t mind that they’re together, but

Okay you’re right. I also agree that saying he deserves to be cheated on is too far, he didn’t deserve that, sure he focused on his work a lot but they could’ve discussed that but no Yuka decided to cheat.
And Shizuma definitely has his faults (not making boundaries, in spoiler raws etc). But other than that he’s pretty green flag
