I wouldn't call him unlikable, but rather realistic. He is a selfish person who only cares about himself, but he still does good things to maintain a good image in the eyes of others.

After reading novel spoilers , Mc's character feels so real here he is not typical type of bl mc character he is selfish and doesn't involve himself in those matters which doesn't benifits him and his character development later is also impressive , can't wait for more chapters
This is my favorite novel. MC is definitely a unique character in that way. Everyone is a terrible person in this outside of Taesan, but with everything MC does and his inner thoughts especially.. he's arguably one of the worst out of them all, even more than ML haha. But I love them all dearly bc of those qualities.

I read the whole thing a couple of years ago by translating it myself. I'm working on translating an English copy, but I've only finished up to volume 4 so far. The author was kind and came back with an AU story of them last November, so I want to share that as well!
Majority is high school, yes! Their last two years of it. There's a few chapters in the final volume where the setting is their first year of university.
