He said he was likely to develop as an omega BEFORE the experiments but because he was interrupted with the experiments he wasn't able to turn into one. Even the doctor said he doesn't have a womb, not even a space for it. So in conclusion, he is not pregnant, can't get pregnant and isn't an omega. Next time please pay attention to what you read :)
