To expand on what I meant by: “looking like men”. Men irl usually don’t look like that naturally. Ofc there are men irl that have naturally more feminine faces but they still look like men to me. In manga it’s little different, sometimes BL authors make the faces literal copy paste of an old shoujo protagonist lmao. They also sometimes make grown men have an extreme hourglass body shape, I mean huge round hips, tiny waist, sometimes even a bigger chest (again isn’t natural for men). Here it’s not that bad because Eve at least overall looks like a man.
