It's bittersweet that the grown up Raphael looks like Aeroc; specially the eyes (I loved that detail). Also, his anger/resentment towards Kloff was valid.
Kloff was really cruel not only to Aeroc but their children as well. He deprived them of a mother.
Just saw the raws for the new season, an was reminded of how pretty Aeroc is. It's still maddening how he was abused in the first TL. I know he deserved to suffer, just not that much.

So, currently reading the novel, and it'll take a long time for the ML to admit his feelings to the MC. It seems that he actually liked, if not loved her in both timelines, but he's a big tsundere. Actually wished at some point that the MC pushed through her plan to leave him.

Yep... but it was because he would finally confess to her. The confession was actually good! It was along the lines of "You're my priority, and my only family. (I'll need to give major spoilers for context)" And the confession will be near the end of the story and climax.
The funny part is that before this, Annette is still fully onboard with her plan to leave.
