They don't show up, at least not in any of the five volumes of the novel. The sides stories of Kiss me if you can end with them agreeing to have another baby (specifically during their honeymoon) but that's it, no pregnancy or baby showed.

Josh proposed and they agreed to get married after the filming of the movie but the novel ends before that so we don't get to see them marrying or starting their life together with Pete. They've been dating less than a year at that point, the novel doesn't spans for a long period of time.

I read them in Spanish because I also couldn't find a proper English translation of them (the oficial tl is only up to vol. 2). You can buy the Korean version in Google play books and translate them using the same app, there also other novels by ZIG btw
