Ohhhh so that's whyyy. I remember reading this years ago and got it bookmarked. I thought for sure it was a one shot. Then chapter 2 came and then nothing afterwards so I was pretty sure it ended there (but I was hoping for a continuation somehow). The author really did intend for it to end there. I'm so happy they decided to continue (▰˘◡˘▰)

CAN I PLEASE ASK FOR MORE OF THEM ╥﹏╥ I'M SO IN LOVE WITH THEM. I didn't expect to love it this much but everything was just so perfect. They started off with curiosity and I know other people irl did/does too (despite it sounding ridiculous to others), but I'm kinda iffy about those kinds of premise in BL manga to actually have a good story other than for kinky and hot sex scenes... But this... This is a VERY SUPER TREMENDOUS PLEASANT SURPRISE ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ the progression was good and I believe neither of them made stupid and unrealistic decisions afterwards like "trying" to have sex with others/girls to confirm their feelings aahhh I love it so much really.
They're so cute and I love how the girls were introduced great unlike how other BL mangas have usually been about female "rivals" being bitchy and two-faced.
I hope this manga can continue with them facing other problems and going over it to solidify their relationship. Basing from some of the art of their HS days together they look like they had a peaceful and cute friendship, I also kinda wanna see more of that!
Sakamichi and Shiina are good, cute girls I hope they find the happiness they seek for (▰˘◡˘▰)

Wow did not expect it to go this way. I just clicked because it's in the popular section. How they got into the relationship was absurd (I mean I'm not complaining cause it's made for smut, focuses on yaoi aspects, it's common) but their development is really something else and it made my expectations for this manga increase. .. They tackled a bit of the difficulties of gay relationships - I hope there's some more along the way including general couple growth. I also really appreciate how Ono was introduced. He was not just put there to go in between the couple because he "likes" the uke (which happens ridiculously in a lot of other mangas) but instead because he was concerned about them because of past experience. Aside from forcefully touching Kazuma, he's a sweet guy and why he hated Toya at first was understandable.
Really... Didn't expect much from this but I was pleasantly surprised.
Ono really just needs some love y'all. He must be so frustrated at everything that's why he's cursing the world. Poor guy ╥﹏╥ hope you become happy ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I think i like they end it there perhaps if the mangaka continue the story it might end with tragedy and bad end as nonami said he has many rivals inside the group and enemies outside the group and he wanted to go clean so they might killed him in the process and for the doc he might also got dragged in danger and they also killed doc before they kill nonami.....but the mangaka could also make a happy end with nonami opening ramen shop after he quit being yakuza
Yeah i just want that lil closure at the end like what they did after that :((

I loved it! The plot/premise is amazing and I really loved how it started. The characters are well-built too and I especially loved the seme - Ryo, his hardships were incomparable and I loved his relationship with his father.
The author had so much plans for the main couple just to be packed into 8 chapters so if I may say my selfish concerns I really wish it could've been longer. That way, the development could've been slower and gradual. The ideas for the plot progression were really good and I loved how it moved from one point to another but since (I guess) the publication was limited, the stories were sadly rushed some major events most likely spanned for just a week or 2 which is really very fast.
One I'd like to point out is aoi moving on from his bother, midori. It just took about one day: aoi crying about it, aoi getting fucked by ryo, aoi waking up and realizes he needs to talk to his bro properly, aoi developing feelings - moreover kano getting attacked, and then ryo getting relieved of his bodyguard duties. It really was so fast. The climatic parts at the near end too felt overly dramatic for me because the pacing was too fast. Also I felt like some issues were overlooked/not properly worked on: like aoi bullying ryo before, and aoi leaving his family (it would actually have more complications than what was presented and I know the author would've worked on it more if given the opportunity - judging how well thought the premise and ideas actually were).
But still I really loved it and that's exactly why I feel a strong frustration cause this might've become a stronger masterpiece if given the time and money for longer volume releases
Planning to buy this in the future Authors always face problems of not getting their full ideas laid out and published because it's common that editors pressure them to fit their stories in limited pages, satisfy general consumers, or both. That's why I hope we can give them the assurance that their works are well-received by buying their manga and then finding ways to compliment them about it (share to others or leave postive reviews on their socmed/review sites). This way they're most probably be able to have more freedom for their future works and have less limitations to work on their ideas
I'm not forcing everyone too but I just hope I can inspire other people to. I myself am having a hard time buying stuff as I'm in a family earning below average income in a 3rd world country. But I strive and hope to pay back these authors one day for giving me so much joy, and I know others are like me too. Let's work hard!
I buy them all the time, it really is important. I keep a lost and buy them if I can and then when I get them I delete them from the list. My hubs thinks I’m weird because “why are all your favorite books shrink wrapped? Don’t you plan to read them?” Shhhhhh don’t tell him.

I love how intricate the author was with the story details! They put a lot deal of effort! Usually they wouldn't think too much of the setting and details if it's just one volume long (and so with this, I'm hoping for a next volume release ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ )
The characters doesn't feel empty AT ALL. They felt real despite the story being a fantasy one. Ahh really I'm in love with how the author went about their emotions and thoughts. Everything made sense!
