Yes chamin has this condition, but we can see that in the previous chapters that when they have sex, Chamin barely talk and don't complain at all when dowan enter him. If he was asleep, then why is he talking and most importantly, responding to dowan ?

Chamin was wondering why his nipples got more sensitive and tried so hard to hide it from Dowan cause he was embarrassed since he doesn't know why it suddenly became like that (but obviously it's because Dowan constantly kept playing with it)
